These guys were AAA+ all the way around! Found them off of Yelp and from the time they answered the phone through to the scheduling and the service, it was one of the best service provider experiences that I've ever encountered. They showed up when they said they were, kept in constant phone contact when they were on their way over and kept me informed about the maintenance, coil cleaning and installation of UV sanitizers during the entire process. The price was very reasonable and they didn't try to upsell me on anything that I didn't need, even though I expressed interest in installing a new AC. All the guys at Aurora Air told me that I could get another 10 years out of my system for $850 instead of $4200 and the unit works flawlessly now after their half day of work. The entire staff was outstanding and they are clearly looking to build long term customer relationships. I couldn't be happier!

I've used Aurora Air twice now and have been very pleased both times. I use them because their prices are excellent, but the service is great as well. One job was HVAC cleaning and maintenance for a single family home, and the prices were lower than everyone else I contacted. The second job was a broken AC in the Spring and they were out promptly, fixed the AC and only charged me for the service call and a small replacement part vs. trying to sell me a whole new unit like I've run across with the larger companies

Great company. Lost our air conditioning Saturday night. Was told he would be here at 8 on Sunday. Actually called to tell us he would be 15 minutes late. Although we didn't buy the unit from him he told us it was under a 10 year warranty and the part replacement is free. He could have just as easily got the part for free and charged us. I used this company when my air went out based on the two reviews here on Yelp. They were great. My thermostat had blown so they installed a new one. Two days later, my air was broke again. Turned out, there was another problem that caused the thermostat to go out. It was Memorial Weekend and Dominique (the owner) offered to come up personally to take a look. Well, since it was a new thermostat, I thought maybe I was doing something wrong, and told him, "don't come, because it it is 'user error' I will feel horrible. He called me that night, the next morning and the next afternoon wanting to come and take a look at it. What a great company. They came back out, no charge, and fixed the problem. I really would tell my own mother to use him.

This company is great. I had a service contract with Van's Comfortemp for many years and they kept trying to sell me a new A/C unit. This last time, they said the unit would not last through the summer. I called Aurora and had them come to give a second opinion. They check all the same things and found that the unit was running fine and that all the pressures and amps were perfect. Dominick the owner is honest and I will never use anyone else.

Being a recent relocater from NC to FL, we are well aware that air conditioners and the men/women who repair them are a valuble asset. Our first experience with an A/C repair company was less than desireable, so we checked out some other companys. We eventually settled on Aurora Air and we are glad we did. Our air went out at sometime in the morning while we were away, and didnt realize anything was wrong until we walked into an 80 degree, veryt humid house. Immediately, my fingers did some research on the internet and we decided on AA. I spoke with a gentleman on the phone named Winifred (?) and he was very helpful. He told me Dominick would be out that afternoon to assess the problem. Dominick was very nice and immediately diagnosed the problem. Unfortunately, he would have to get a new part and would be unable to fix the unit until tomorrow. To save costs, Dominick was willing to give me his AC license number so I could go to the local distributor to pick up the necessary part (this way, he wouldnt have to charge me for travel time to-and-from the distributor). Apparently, we were unable to do this so Dominick had to pick up the part. He was very nice and did great work. The price was very reasonable as well. It always sucks moving, especially 12 hours away, because you lose all of your valued contacts such as AC repair, auto mechanic, doctor, etc. I feel as though we have found our go-to AC guy and I am happy about that.

Our Rheem Central AC quit on a Monday night and I wasn't so happy with the folks we'd been using so I turned to Yelp for advice. Sure enough, I saw everyone raving about this company Aurora and I'm usually pretty happy with my fellow-Yelpers recommendations so I called them at 8pm and spoke to someone. Apparently, when I changed the filter and pulled the breaker on the handler instead of walking to the thermostat (yes...I'm lazy), I may have fried the breaker. I talked to a VERY nice guy Mon night (after going to Home Depot for a portable for the bedroom so we could sleep) and he said they'd get someone out first a.m. True to their word, 9am on the nose the doorbell rings. The Tech was super nice and exceeded my expectations. Bottom line: These folks set the standard by which other AC Service providers should be measured. They're friendly, fast, easy to deal with and affordable with no BS - just good people. If you're looking for a company to partner with for your AC needs now or down the road, look no further. PS I know I sound like a paid spokesperson 😉 but truly I just believe in helping good businesses and warning people about the not-so-goods, so hope this helps you.

We have used Aurora Air for more than five years after switching from another company who cheated us in the work performed. The dispatcher José is very pleasant to deal with and appears to be well organized in his work. We usually like to have Jean as our technician as he is such an agreeable and pleasant worker. He does an excellent job. We recommend Aurora Air as our experience has always been first class.

When it comes to customer service the big guys usually miss the mark. My AC unit went out Friday night before Labor Day weekend. I knew it was going to be an issue getting someone out to the house ASAP on a holiday weekend. I am a tech in the service industry, so I know a bit more than the average homeowner about what the problem could be. I saw this company Aurora Air on yelp and read the reviews. Reviews are important to me, the good, bad and ugly can tell you a lot about a company. I called Aurora Saturday Am to try to get someone to come out. I spoke to Jose and he told me it was a really busy weekend, work wise, but he would call me back in a few mins to see if he could fit me in. he called back with the bad news that they were booked solid this weekend, which I expected on a holiday weekend. He advised me that someone could come first thing Monday morning. I told him I needed someone sooner, I have small children living in the house and it was becoming a bear keeping them sane in this heat. He advised me to set the appt for Monday morning and if someone else can come out before hand, call him back and he can take me off of the schedule. We set it for 9-10 am Monday morning. I'm glad I did, after 4 or 5 more calls it was plain as day that I wasn't getting anyone there that weekend. Monday morning I received a call from Jose, he advised me that a tech should arrive at my house by 9:10 am. Dominick shows up, and from step one I could tell this was going to be a pleasant experience. Very knowledgeable and professional. He advised me that the problem seemed to be 1 or 2 things, possibly both. I figured that's what it was, and he just confirmed my suspicion. He found the problem to be the fan motor and capacitor that was causing the problem. Let me stop here for a minute. I have had 3 major AC companies come out to my house for service, and all they wanted to do every time is rip out the old unit and put in a new one. Costing me thousands of dollars. Dominick quoted me a more then fair price for parts and labor, we agreed to it, and he completed the work. He also advised that over time I can fix a few things on my AC system that needed to be replaced. I should get more time out of the current unit with proper maintenance, He didn't force feed me anything. I felt very comfortable using this company. I recommend them to you, and will recommend them to anyone I know that has AC issues.
