We Know For Sure!
Since 2011 we have been installing American Standard products in Florida. We started in West Palm Beach and by 2014 we opened the Orlando Branch.
Since the start we knew that Orlando had, just like South Florida, the necessity of home owners and commercial spaces, to be able to count with 24/7 HVAC comfort and when choosing an air conditioner and/or heating product, it-is-a-must to have top quality, the best dollar for great up-time and low sound decibels. We have now installed over 450 units in Orlando and have gotten many compliments from happy owners.
2024 American Standard Line-up includes many great features.
The Heat Pumps and Air COnditioner models are classified from the Silver 14 until the Platinum 20. Each providing features that have been included to deliver the expected results and energy savings in each new. installation
AHRI Matches is a confirmation of Efficiency
The AHRI certificate is achieved by using a matching condenser and air handler, that after proven tests, delivers efficiency rated in SEERS. For new installations, all cities and town building departments require the AHRI numbers to be present in all building permit applications.
This protects the consumer in the macro and micro scale. In the big picture it means as a nation we are agreeing to reduce our footprint of energy consumption. The higher the SEER’s the more efficient the system is in energy savings during its operation. The minimum SEER rating accepted by our Building Code in Florida is 14 SEERS. American Standard produces and matches their units starting from the basic 14 SEER rating and provides a line-up of higher SEER ratings, up to 20.5 SEERS to accomodate to each customer particular needs, possibilities and applications.
SILVER 14 by American Standard
Price, efficiency and beauty in design starting at 14 SEERS
Up to 47% energy savings
SPINE FIN Coil Technology
Duration Compressor
A larger body shell and the efficient design in the way it routes the refrigerant enables this compressor to stay at a colder temperature during operation. This performace adds to the efficiency performance of the unit as a whole, delivering a superior product.
LOW COST and LONG PERFORMA NCE is another benefit generated by Copeland Compressors.
Helps reduce the GREENHOUSE effect
The efficiency and great engineering is in tune with our planet race against PPM pollution and energy waste.

New Hurricane Concrete Slab as needed.
Building code requires all new installations to install the condenser with at least 4″ raised concrete bed/base. Our initial installation assessment will let you know if your exterior surface has the Florida Building Code specifics for the positioning of outdoor condensers. If you need a new pad, Aurora Air offers 4″ concrete pads that are hurricane proof up to 150 MPH winds. We will provide tie-downs and level the new pad in place. Inspection must be passed on the first inspection for a successful experience.

The Hurricane Pad™ Concrete Equipment Pad provides extra protection for equipment against high winds and extreme weather. Available in several sizes and weights to meet even the strictest local codes for hurricane proof pads.
