Mechanical HVAC for Build-outs in South Orlando Require Tight Schedules

Build-Outs in Orlando require speed and tight schedules.

Orlando, one of the world’s busiest cities, is a fast paced environment when performing buildouts.  Averaging more than 40 million tourists arriving per year, careful construction planning processes are need to avoid fines, additional fees and wasted employee time.

The Celebration and Kissimmee area have constant buildouts being done due to natural business turnover.  General contractors work alongside many other contractors and sub contractors, that as a whole process must each fine tune their jobsite schedules to avoid area cramp ups and even accidents.

Successful Project Managers and Jobsite Organizers take in consideration indoor and outdoor variables and plan each project accordingly.  Aurora Air Commercial Division has performed many projects and most of them are completed on time and on schedule, except those where a project is managed by inexperienced personnel. Orlando requires accuracy and lack of experience in such a fast environment prevents harmonious development processes.

As a provider of Mechanical Contracting We Know Communication is Key.

Being a Marine by Mind Heart and Soul taught me that teamwork is essential in all successful tasks.

Communication in Build-out contracts is important.  Changes and unforeseen emergencies arise in any project at any time and it must be processed by all members performing in the renovation process.  Successful job-site managers expedite any change to schedules on-the-fly. Its beautiful for all to prepare and rematch individual schedules to the one master job-site schedule.

Jobsite Parking, Cranes and Even Sheetmetal Custom Schedules.

All projects have variables and needs that need to be scheduled, confirmed and updated as needed.  In Orlando, everyone is on a tight schedule and a project changing schedule requires change of orders and new dates to be arranged and included.

The Domino Effect of schedule changes and the way it is handled by each project manager makes the difference in the success of each buildout or project being developed.

American Standard Line-up 2024 Orlando https://auroraairinc.com/american-standard-line-up-2024-orlando/ Mon, 20 May 2024 16:04:44 +0000 https://auroraairinc.com/?p=2006

AMERICAN STANDARD HVAC 2024 - NEW

New Air Conditioner & Heat Pump Installations

2024 AMERICAN STANDARD - Thinking of installing a new air conditioner for your South Orlando, Florida home? American Standard Has New Heat Pumps, Furnaces, Package Units and Air Conditioners that perform and deliver with the same great quality and outstanding design that sets them apart from the rest... definitely a pleasure to install their products.

We Know For Sure!

Since 2011 we have been installing American Standard products in Florida.  We started in West Palm Beach and by 2014 we opened the Orlando Branch.

Since the start we knew that Orlando had, just like South Florida, the necessity of home owners and commercial spaces, to be able to count with 24/7 HVAC comfort and when choosing an air conditioner and/or heating product, it-is-a-must to have top quality, the best dollar for great up-time and low sound decibels.  We have now installed over 450 units in Orlando and have gotten many compliments from happy owners.

2024 American Standard Line-up includes many great features.

The Heat Pumps and Air COnditioner models are classified from the Silver 14 until the Platinum 20.  Each providing features that have been included to deliver the expected results and energy savings in each new. installation

AHRI Matches is a confirmation of Efficiency

The AHRI certificate is achieved by using a matching condenser and air handler, that after proven tests, delivers efficiency rated in SEERS.  For new installations, all cities and town building departments require the AHRI numbers to be present in all building permit applications.

This protects the consumer in the macro and micro scale. In the big picture it means as a nation we are agreeing to reduce our footprint of energy consumption.  The higher the SEER’s the more efficient the system is in energy savings during its operation. The minimum SEER rating accepted by our Building Code in Florida is 14 SEERS.  American Standard  produces and matches their units starting from the basic 14 SEER rating and provides a line-up of higher SEER ratings, up to 20.5 SEERS to accomodate to each customer particular needs, possibilities and applications.

SILVER 14 by American Standard

Price, efficiency and beauty in design starting at 14 SEERS

Up to 47% energy savings

SPINE FIN Coil Technology

The aluminum coil which encases the aluminum piping that circulates the refrigerant uses the trademarked SPINE FIN technology. Designed to provide greater heat-exchanging capabilities which in return generates higher efficiencies while cooling or heating.

Duration Compressor

A larger body shell and the efficient design in the way it routes the refrigerant enables this compressor to stay at a colder temperature during operation. This performace adds to the efficiency performance of the unit as a whole, delivering a superior product.

LOW COST and LONG PERFORMA NCE is another benefit generated by Copeland Compressors.

Helps reduce the GREENHOUSE effect

The efficiency and great engineering is in tune with our planet race against PPM pollution and energy waste.

Air Conditioning and The Global Boiling https://auroraairinc.com/hvac-update-global-warming-and-global-boiling-has-started/ Fri, 18 Aug 2023 16:54:25 +0000 http://auroraairinc.com/?p=1359

Air Conditioning and Global Boiling; Time to Pay Attention.

In this age of information, being connected in every device possible, has created a serious concern on our population of the global climate challenge we face.

Some scientists have announced, that more than global warming, now we face global boiling.

What is Global Warming?

Global warming is the name of the effect caused on the planet by mistakes of ignorant or selfish industrialist in promoting products, chemicals, mining processes that have created damage to our atmosphere, ocean and soils. EPA, FDA and other institutions, Americans rely on, had been hijacked and rendered useless by lobbyist and superpacs of large corporation interest that rewarded our representative into accepting the crookedness of savage capitalism.

Nocive gases added to our PPM count (Particles Per Million) of man made chemicals have caused for heat to be trapped in the planet instead of bouncing back to space, generating the greenhouse effect and the sickhouse effect.  Our industry, HVAC, is one of the most damaging one.  Refrigerant made of fossil fuels and turned into products known as R22 or R410 have leaked into the air due to faulty equipment or irresponsible technicians that do not collect the refrigerant to be disposed properly.

The refrigerant climbs to our highest parts of the atmosphere and creates a reflective bounce back effect, due to mirror-like crystal particles, that is helping heat up the planet faster than ever.

The race is on to find solutions to heat or cool our homes without using nocive and harmful products.  United States has more air conditioners than any other nation, and it is in USA where we need to come up with a solution that can be shared globally as more people outside of USA are using not-so-safe refrigerants to cool their homes which are provided, through patents, by humongous chemical companies that refuse to give up on such a profitable product regardless of the repercussions.  Through lobbying and loopholes, they are preventing for other solutions to appear.

Things that can be done to help your home compensate the longer and hotter summers.

Insulation – Verify your insulation is offering the “R” factor by keeping it at the level specified by the manufacturer of the insulating media. The attic is one of the hottest places in the home and without proper insulation, it will transfer through your ceiling to your living spaces.

Plant Trees – Tree shades are a great way to keep your home cooler.  Shade from trees can help your home by reducing direct exposure from the sun, thus reducing temperatures by many degrees (some say up to 20).

Install Double Pane Windows – Double pane windows have an insulating capacity that also helps keep your home space cool while using your air conditioner in Florida type weather.

Seal Doors and Windows – Ensuring there are no areas where hot outside air enters the home helps your air conditioner perform more efficiently.

Perform Regular Maintenance – Maintenance on your air conditioner unit must be done on time.  In residential units, semi annual maintenance is a great choice. For commercial spaces, quarterly or bi-monthly inspections and service maintenance is highly recommended.

We are able to face our global warming or boiling dilemma by using services like Aurora Air to keep up with your air conditioner maintenance needs and as home owners, ensure we remain comfortable by following the needed steps to improve the performance of our HVAC equipment. PS – Do not forget to regularly change your filter as a clogged filter will deteriorate the performance of your air conditioner.

Tips to conserve energy and keep you cool https://auroraairinc.com/tips-to-conserve-energy-and-keep-you-cool/ Tue, 02 Feb 2021 20:13:32 +0000 http://auroraairinc.com/?p=487

TIPS TO CONSERVE ENERGY AND KEEP YOU COOL.

Following some tips to make sure you conserve energy while keeping your home cool or warm.

  1. Make sure you have your air conditioner checked at least twice a year or as recommended by the unit manufacturer or your HVAC technician.

  2. Replace your filter regularly. If you have washable filters, make sure you rinse them every month. Dirty and clogged filters make your system work harder.

  3. Place shades or curtains on windows facing east and west to reduce the amount of direct sunlight entering your home.

  4. Use fans to circulate air in the house. A fan consumes less electricity than a running air conditioner.

  5. In summer months set your thermostat to 76 degrees or higher.

  6. Using fans in conjunction with your air conditioner will help you stay comfortable while reducing your electrical bill.

  7. Keep your attic space properly insulated.

  8. Make sure your windows and doors are properly sealed. Cold air conditioned air or hot warm air leaving and entering through cracks or badly sealed structures cause air conditioner units to work longer and at frequent intervals to compensate for the gain or loss through this cracks.

Benefits of replacing an older air conditioner, furnace or AC heat pump at home https://auroraairinc.com/benefits-of-replacing-an-older-air-conditioner-furnace-or-ac-heat-pump-at-home/ Tue, 02 Feb 2021 19:58:55 +0000 http://auroraairinc.com/?p=481

BENEFITS OF REPLACING AN OLDER AIR CONDITIONER, FURNACE OR A/C HEAT PUMP AT HOME.

Replacing an old Air-Conditioner is highly recommended for a number of reasons, particularly the cost-saving benefits it offers as opposed to attempting to repair an old system.

A brand-new A/C promises lower utility bills as a new unit is equipped to use half the amount of electricity than an older model, effectively making way for saving on monthly energy bills. With time and wear, the cost of repairing and replacing major components of an older A/C unit keeps increasing, and this money could well be used to buy a new model instead. Aside from this, replacing an ineffective A/C unit paves the way for a more comfortable home-life with improved cooling, and greater reliability so there is no fear of breakdowns. Moreover, new models offer smooth, quiet and eco-friendly action, starkly in contrast with older systems that are much louder and pull in lots of dust.

Hence, it is best to rely on the finest companies/contractors, like Aurora Air, Inc. to replace your outdated A/C systems and ensure an energy-efficient and cost-effective newer model, with a regular inspections agreement so as to keep it in mint condition, guaranteeing comfort and saving time. To help battle excessive noise, humidity and molds, replacing your A/C is a viable option and much more hassle-free than hefty repairs.

A hassle-free transaction, a professional assistant to your home or business new hvac equipment need. We will match the right product for your property.
